Ranked Super Bowl Trailers and Mini TV Spots Reviews

Neighbors’ spot was missing from both the internet and the super bowl…interesting. I took the time to watch and rank the movie trailers on one of the funnest days of the year Super Bowl Sunday.

Transformers 4: Age of Extinction

The movies may be shitty but this trailer won me over. I’ve decided to drop the fact that Transformers will never have a good film. They will only be popcorn flicks and based on this trailer, it should be more enjoyable in the hands of Mark Wahlberg instead of Shia Labeouf. CGI looks a little unfinished and other then that expect something cheesy. Trailer: A, Movie Prediction: Maybe a C.

Captain America: The Winter Soldier

As for the next superhero flick, this is shaping up to be an amazing adventure. Having to do with the comics and the fictional government organization SHIELD things are looking more serious. More action, and of course Anthony Mackie as Falcon give me high hopes, hopefully Marvel has another film I love as much as the Avengers. Trailer: A, Movie Prediction: Possibly A

The Amazing Spiderman 2

This trailer may not have a lot of new footage but for what its worth, it’s pretty good. It’s a little too long and needs touch ups, but so far it’s okay. Trailer: B+ Movie Prediction: A-

The Muppets: Most Wanted

Love the style of this trailer, but when they left the trailer voice, it lost me. Trailer:B+ Movie Prediction: B

Need For Speed

Another car movie… that’s it. The trailer is good, the spot was terrible and I want to see more Aaron Paul. Trailer:B- Movie Prediction:C+

Unfortunately nothing new here except for Emma Watson speaking. Trailer:C Movie Prediction: B

Short, and sweet, but more marketing was needed. Trailer: C- Movie Prediction: B-

3 Days to Kill

Meh… post Super Bowl spot. Trailer: D+ Movie Prediction: C

Draft Day

Generic football movie.  Trailer: D- Movie Prediction: C-
